ORCHARD SUPPORTING STRUCTURES

As fruit growing is becoming more and more intensive, more durable structures are needed to support and stabilize trees. Therefore, we started to produce high quality pre-stressed concrete posts. Their size depends on their position within the structure.
            

Pre-stressed concrete posts

•  7 x 7.5 cm reinforced with four three-strand wires
•  8 x 8.5 cm reinforced with four three-strand wires
•  9 x 9,5 cm reinforced with six three-strand wires

 

Bamboo poles (to stabilize the tree)

• 3M 24/26 mm
• 3M 26/28 mm
• 3M 28/30 mm 

 

Orchard anchors (used as stays for posts)

Orchard wire

•  Crapal - designed specifically for orchard installations, fail-safe at big tensions
•  Bekaert – thick-galvanized wire, durable, resistant

Stay ropes (to tighten and secure outer posts)

Stebofix (for professional installation of bamboo poles)

Stebofix (for pre-stressed concrete posts)

Pliers (for pulling the wire)

 

Quick connectors (for connecting wires)

• Medium for wire with a diameter of 2.0-3.25mm
• Jumbo for wire with a diameter of 2.5-3.15mm
• Large for wire with a diameter of 3.25-4.20mm
